To be considered for our Nurses & Healthcare Assistant Placement program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse or Healthcare Assistant certification/license. Relevant educational background and training in nursing or healthcare assistance.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical setting. Experience in specialized areas such as pediatric care, geriatric care, or intensive care units is highly desirable.
Language Proficiency:
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Depending on the country of placement, additional language requirements may apply.
Here are the requirements to work as an RN in the UK:
1) should have a degree/diploma of at least 3 years
2) should be a registered nurse
3) Should have the recent clinical experience of at least 1 year.
4) Have already cleared their IELTS/OET & CBT
NB:An IELTS score of at least 7 must be achieved in the reading, listening and speaking tests, with 6.5 required in the writing test and 7 overall.
*OET ( at least grade B (350 or above) for reading, listening, and speaking, and at least grade C+ (300 or above) for writing.
